PURPOSE: A sauce producing apparatus capable of automatically packaging the uniform amount is provided to remove foreign materials from supplied sauce before packaging. CONSTITUTION: A sauce producing apparatus comprises the following: a stirring tank(10) mixing liquid and powder to obtain a mixture, and stirring the mixture using propellers to obtain sauce; a cover(13) connected to one end of the stirring tank; a shaft(12) and the propellers(14, 15) combined to the shaft installed on the stirring tank; a sanitary pump(30) discharging the sauce from the stirring tank; a filter(40) filtering foreign materials from the sauce; a magnetic flow sensor checking the flow amount of the sauce; a ball valve(60) controlling the transfer of the sauce by the flow amount of the sauce; and a proximity sensor(70) sending signals to the magnetic flow sensor and a sanitary pump for controlling.
