PURPOSE: A portable computer heat sink device with an alarm device is provided to prevent the stealing of a portable computer by including the alarm device in the heat sink. CONSTITUTION: A main body(100), on which a portable computer is placed, includes a heat sink fan. A mode setting unit(10) sets a stealing alarm function in the main unit. A pressure sensing unit(30) senses pressure variation according to position changes of the portable computer by receiving an operation command from the mode setting unit. A message output unit(40) generates an alarm signal based on the pressure variation. A CPU(20) controls the mode setting unit, the pressure sensing unit, and the message output unit. The mode setting unit includes an information input device.
