The device has a chamber i.e. isothermal trough (202), whose first inlet is connected to a first outlet of a variable overheating one-way steam generator (201), and second inlet is connected to a heat-transfer fluid supply line (206). The line supplies heat-transfer fluid i.e. glycerol, that takes a path between the second inlet and a first outlet of the chamber. A mixing device (204) is connected to a second outlet of the chamber and a second outlet of the generator, and mixes thermodynamic fluid that is in the form of steam, with the heat-transfer fluid to obtain a dual-phase mixture.
