PURPOSE: A water quality enhancer, a preparing method of the same, and a water quality enhancing system using the same are provided to cost effectively treat water by floating coagulated pollutants and easily treating the floated pollutants. CONSTITUTION: A water quality enhancer includes 1-5 weight% of chitosan, 1-5 weight% of a bamboo leaf aqueous solution, 30-50 weight% of supernatant, and 30-66 weight% of distilled water. The bamboo leaf aqueous solution is an aqueous solution which is obtained by extracting and concentrating bamboo leaves. The supernatant is obtained by pulverizing materials containing yellow soil, elvan, zeolite, and other minerals, mixing the pulverized products with an aqueous solution, and stirring the aqueous solution with the pulverized products.
