<p>PURPOSE: A mineral fiber manufacturing device is provided to manufacture mineral fiber by spinning molten mineral material. CONSTITUTION: A mineral fiber manufacturing device comprises a melting furnace(110), a bushing(120), an air nozzle, a focusing material coater, a connection roller and a winding device. The bushing comprises a bushing body(121) and an orifice plate(123). The bushing body is installed at the lower part of the melting furnace which stores the molten mineral(171). The molten mineral is penetrated into the bushing body. The orifice plate is installed at the lower part of the bushing body, and orifices(125) which are a plurality of penetration holes. The mineral fiber is manufactured by penetrating into the bushing body and the orifice and being spun. The material of the bushing body or the orifice plate is iridium or iridium alloy.</p> |
