PURPOSE: A ring structure fountain and construction method are provided to offer a vivid scene by differently rotating a plurality of ring structures. CONSTITUTION: A fountain apparatus is installed in a fixing ring structure(100). A supporter(10) is arranged at the bottom of the fixing ring structure. The supporter supports the fixing ring structure. The fixing ring structure is arranged in the ring shaped truss structure. The lower part of the fixing ring structure has wide width. The upper part of the fixing ring structure has narrow width. The external diameter side of a fixing ring structure surface has thick width. The internal diameter side of the surface shape has narrow width.
