PURPOSE: A system automatic auditing method and an automatic auditing system applying the same are provided to minimize required time, costs, and human data necessary for operation level evaluation about the system. CONSTITUTION: An operating system which is used for an auditing target server which composes of an infra system is found(S320). Programs for auditing audit items which the found operating system needs are selected. The selected programs transmits to the auditing target server(S330). An auditing result is received from the auditing target server(S360). The infra system is evaluated based on the received auditing result(S380).
