PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a coating material for a boiler tube and a processing method for attaching a coating material to a tube are provided to manufacture a flexible coating material for a boiler tube, which can be cut into various shapes and attached in a curved shape. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a coating material for a boiler tube comprises the steps of: mixing tungsten carbide and solvent at a predetermined ratio(S110), rolling the mixture to predetermined thickness and density to mold a WC coating material(S120), applying an adhesive to the rear surface of the WC coating material to form an adhesive layer and attaching a protective film to the adhesive layer(S130), transferring the WC coating material(S140), rolling a nickel alloy material to predetermined thickness and density to mold a brazing coating material(S150), transferring the molded brazing coating material in the transfer direction of the WC coating material(S160), peeling the protective film off the WC coating material at the point of contacting the brazing coating material and attaching the brazing coating material to the adhesive layer of the exposed WC coating material(S170), and integrally rolling the WC coating material and the brazing coating material with a compression roller(S180).
