PURPOSE: An operating method of simple designated account transferring system in an internet commercial transaction is provided to enable a client to previously register a transferring account by designating the transferring account in a bank, thereby easily performing a transferring process. CONSTITUTION: A designated account and a password of the account are inputted when a client(100) performs a transferring account. The corresponding bank(200) processes that the client inputs the corresponding number or an one time password which are included in a safety card. Designated registration of the transferring account is completed when the inputted information is consistent with registered information. Completion of the transferring account is reported after registration of the designated account.
