The equipment has a horizontally positioned U-shaped base (1) provided with four omni-directional casters (2). A U-shaped tube (3) is overlapped with the base and formed with sufficient width for supporting chest of a user. Vertical upright parts (7) are arranged at front and back portions of the equipment to assemble the base and the tube in a pyramidal shape, where width of the base is broader than that of the tube. Side bars of the tube are provided with armrests (4) for supporting of arms of the user. Metal rings (6) are welded under the tube to attach a safety harness at the equipment.
