The device allows drawing a small circle with radius of 0.5 cm at the center of a circular striking surface having radius of 2.5 cm of a musical percussion instrument, where the striking surface comprises different musical sound notes. A diagonal, which starts at an angle of zero degree and ends at an angle of 180 degree, is traced inside the small circle, where length of the diagonal is 1 cm.
