PURPOSE: A rotary shaft and ring structure including the same are provided to discharge water using a nozzle by rotating the ring structure. CONSTITUTION: A housing is located between a fixing side structure(100) and a rotation side structure(200). A fixing sleeve is fixed to the housing. A rotation sleeve is rotatably installed in the housing. The rotation sleeve is combined with the fixing sleeve. One ends of fixing sleeve and the rotation sleeve are opened. Other ends of the fixing sleeve and the rotation sleeve are projected to both sides of the housing.
