<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contactlessly transmit heavy electric power with high safety and high efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A noncontact type power transmission device comprises: a transmission antenna 12 that receives supply of an AC signal S1 and generates an electromagnetic field; a reception antenna 21 that generates an induction voltage V1 with the electromagnetic field generated by the transmission antenna 12 at a position distant from the transmission antenna 12; a bag body 4 that is disposed between the transmission antenna 12 and the reception antenna and is expandable and shrinkable by fluid supply and discharge; and a pump 14 that performs fluid supply and discharge for the bag body 4.
