<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmental information management and the like for, when an energy saving action guideline is instructed to a plurality of bases, capable of transversally analyzing energy consumption of each base, and presenting an appropriate reduction plan for each base based on the analysis result. <P>SOLUTION: The environmental information management device according to the present invention includes: first storage means for storing attribute information of each base according to each base; second storage means for storing an energy consumption of each base according to each base; third storage means for storing reduction plans of the energy consumptions; grouping means for grouping multiple bases having same attribute information out of the respective bases based on the attribute information; average calculating means for calculating group average values of the energy consumptions of the multiple bases; determination means for, when the energy consumption of a single base of the multiple bases is more than the group average value of the single base by a predetermined threshold or more or exceeds a predetermined rate or more, determining the single base as a reduction object base; and output means for outputting a reduction plan. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
