ELECTRIC-ASSISTED BIKE TORQUE SENSOR

An electric-assisted bike torque sensor. The body thereof is an elastomer (5). The elastomer (5) has arranged at the mid-section thereof a spring structure-like circular sleeving tube having a spiral groove. Two circular magnetic steels (4) are respectively bonded along the circumferential direction on related faces of the circular sleeving tube at the two ends of the spiral groove of the elastomer (5). Two Hall sensors (3) are arranged on a support element corresponding to the two circular magnetic steels (4). Each Hall sensor (3) is in proximity to one of the circular magnetic steels (4). Serially connected between two parts requiring detection of torque, an input connection structure (2) and an output connection structure (7) respectively are provided at two ends of the elastomer (5). The electric-assisted bike torque sensor is capable of detecting torque electric signal produced by a person riding the electric-assisted bike, and is structurally simple, reliable and practical.
