The device has a mechanism for changing power production elements with representation elements for representation of image information on a surface of a lamella (1). A side of the lamella is provided with a surface using photoelectric effects for power production. The lamella surface serves as a carrier for representation of the image information. The lamella is connected with a drive (5) by a drive wheel (2) i.e. toothed wheel, and a drive belt or a chain (3). The lamella is synchronously rotated to align a desired surface to a light source or a viewer by a control electronic unit (6).
