The sound insulation wall has several soundproofing elements (2) that are arranged between the flanges of a vertical post (3). Each soundproofing element has a housing (11) provided with insulating structure (12). A post cap (1) made of electrically conductive material is mounted on top of vertical post. The damping elements are provided between soundproofing element and post cap. The molded tabs (7) of post cap are engaged at upper edge of the soundproofing elements. An inclined flap portion (8) and an extending flap portion (9) are provided in each molded tab.
