PURPOSE: A method for mediating a service between a service provider and a customer through an internet phone, a phone with an ATM(Automated Teller Machine) function, and a smart phone is provided to eliminate the need for an internet phone to memory or store a phone number of a service provider and supply service information to the service provider by using an abbreviated button. CONSTITUTION: A service mediation system receives a service providing request signal from an internet phone of an internet phone user. The service mediation system analyzes the service providing request signal. The service mediation system checks a location of the internet phone user and a service request time. The service mediation system determines the provision of the requested service. A service provider provides the service according to the determination of the service mediation system.
