Provided is a sealing label (31) which seals a removal port (51) of a packaging bag (50) and is joined to the removal port so as to allow repeated release. This sealing label is provided with a sealing unit (10) for sealing the removal port, and a support unit which is connected to at least one part of the sealing unit and bonded to the packaging bag. Further provided is a sheet- or film-form reinforcing substrate (4) bonded to the surface of the sealing unit on the removal port side. When the sealing unit is released and the removal port exposed, at least one part of the reinforcing substrate remains in the periphery of the removal port.
