PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for executing CoMP(Coordinated Multiple Point) communication using a pre-coded sounding reference signal are provided to remarkably improve the communication performance of a terminal by eliminating inter-cell interference. CONSTITUTION: A transmission apparatus(175) transmits non-pre-coded SRS(Sounding Reference Signal) to a serving base station. A reception apparatus(140) receives a pre-coded matrix for enabling the serving base station to transmit data to a terminal from the serving base station. A processor(155) determines a reception matrix based on the received pre-coded matrix. The processor codes the permission matrix of the determined reception matrix to SRS beforehand. The transmission apparatus transmits the pre-coded SRS to an adjacent base station.
