<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing processed cooking food dough, that can produce processed cooking food dough having the outside appearance and texture as processed cooking food in a short period of time; a device for producing processed cooking food dough; and processed cooking food produced by the method for producing processed cooking food dough and the device for producing processed cooking food dough. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing processed cooking food dough includes: a mixing step of mixing cereal grains and a liquid; a first grinding step of grinding the mixture containing the cereal grains and the liquid; a cereal grain adding step of adding cereal grains of the same kind as or different from the mixed cereal grains to the mixture ground in the first grinding step; a second grinding step of further grinding the mixture to which the cereal grains are added in the cereal grain adding step; and a kneading step of adding dough raw materials to the mixture ground in the second grinding step and kneading the dough. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
