<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily enable replacing an intermediate transfer belt or the like by devising a method for drawing the intermediate transfer belt even when the size of the unit is increased. <P>SOLUTION: A color image forming device comprises: a device body 101 for forming a color image; and an intermediate transfer unit 70 for transferring the image formed by the device body 101. The intermediate transfer unit 70 can be inserted into/pulled out from the device body 101 and has an openable and closable structure like a door as it is vertical. With this structure, since the intermediate transfer unit 70 can be opened and closed like a door in a state where the intermediate transfer unit 70 is pulled out of the device body 101 when a belt or the like is replaced, an intermediate transfer belt 6 or the like can be replaced without bringing down the intermediate transfer unit 70 which is difficult to remove from the device body 101, by increasing the size of a color printer 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
