<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress common-mode noise occurring from a high-frequency-operating power-supply circuit in a power-supply device. <P>SOLUTION: A power-supply device 20 includes, on a case 30 connected to a ground 50, an inverter that is a high-frequency-operating power-supply circuit disposed so as to insulate from the ground 50, and an impedance circuit 40 that is provided between the case 30 and the inverter 28 that is the high-frequency-operating power-supply circuit and has a smaller impedance value than an insulating layer 34 between the case 30 and the inverter 28 that is the high-frequency-operating power-supply circuit.
