<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide separating means for a coating resin and a recycling method, by which a coating resin can be reliably removed by an environmentally friendly method, and the core material can be reused while preventing degradation in the characteristics of the core material, and to provide economical treatment conditions for reliably removing a coating resin of a carrier by an environmentally friendly method. <P>SOLUTION: A method for cleaning and separating a carrier coating resin and a toner of an electrophotographic developer is provided, includes a removal step of removing a residue on a core material obtained by separating the coating resin and the toner from the electrophotographic developer comprising the toner by use of supercritical water. The residue removal step is carried out through a step of agitating and cleaning the object in water having electric conductivity of 1.00 μS cm or lower (25°C) while injecting microbubbles or nano-bubbles, or a step of cleaning the residue on the obtained core material by agitating in water containing surfactant and having electric conductivity of 1.00 μS cm or lower (25°C) while irradiating the water with ultrasonic waves. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
