PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform predictive calculation of a correct solar reflectance.

SOLUTION: A KS calculation part calculates an absorption coefficient and a scattering coefficient of a coating painted on a substrate, using a reflectance of the substrate whose reflectance is 90% or more for light of any wavelength from 350 nm to 1600 nm. A solar reflectance calculation part calculates a solar reflectance of a paint mixed with other paints, based on a mixture ratio of a paint of the coating, and the absorption coefficient and the scattering coefficient having calculated by the KS calculation part.
