<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode sheet which is free of a decrease in yield due to a continuity defect, abrasion, etc., and can be reduced totally in resistance of an electrode and wiring. <P>SOLUTION: The electrode sheet includes an electrode 71, a protection layer 72 covering the electrode 71, and wiring 40 electrically connecting with the electrode on at least one surface of a base 10. The electrode 71 is composed of a pattern made of a conductive thin line containing developed silver, and the wiring 40 is formed of conductive ink or conductive paste. The protection layer 72 has a thickness (t) of 0.3 μm or less and a thickness ratio (thickness of wiring)/(thickness of electrode) of 3 or more between the electrode and the wiring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
