摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery system, or the like, which efficiently recovers the battery capacity of a lithium ion secondary battery having a deteriorated capacity due to precipitation of metal lithium, and which can use the battery with high battery capacity over a long term in safety. <P>SOLUTION: A battery system 200 comprises a charge/discharge controller 220 which performs the processing of low SOC maintenance means, capacity measurement means after maintenance, and recovery speed calculation means again when the capacity recovery speed VD(n) of a lithium ion secondary battery 100 is larger than a reference value VDk, and terminates the capacity recovery processing when the capacity recovery speed VD(n) is smaller than the reference value VDk. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
