PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that suppresses the occurrence of density unevenness of images even after repeated use.

SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor 7 has: a conductive support 1 having aluminum hydroxide on the surface thereof; an undercoat layer 2 arranged on the surface of the conductive support, and containing a compound having an isocyanate group; and a photosensitive layer 3 arranged on the undercoat layer. The undercoat layer preferably contains conductive oxide particles as well as an electron-accepting compound.
