<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the low center of gravity to improve steering controllability and a foot landing property of a driver during a stop. <P>SOLUTION: The motorcycle is constituted so that an engine unit 8 is mounted to the front half inner side of a vehicle body frame 2 between a front wheel and a rear wheel 5, and a seat 4 is disposed on the vehicle body frame 2 at the vehicle body rear side of the engine unit 8.
