Provided are a method and apparatus for allocating resources in a multi-node system that includes a plurality of nodes and a base station connected to each of the nodes to control the nodes. The method classifies wireless resources into a common node area and a specific node area, and allocates the common node area and the specific node area to the plurality of nodes. A common resource allocation scheme is applied to each of the plurality of nodes in the common node region.
