The present invention provides a power control method, an access point (AP) device and a terminal station (STA) device. The AP device sends to the STA device a preset frame corresponding to a current frame of a current TXOP, each frame comprising: an operation object identifier, an MAC address, a subsequent STA indication and a group multiplexing related sleep indication, so that when the operation object identifier of the preset frame corresponding to the current frame does not comprise the STA device and the subsequent STA indication indicates that no new STA is added subsequently, or when the operation object identifier of the preset frame corresponding to the current frame comprises the STA device, the MAC address of the preset frame corresponding to the current frame does not comprise the STA device, and the group multiplexing related sleep indication indicates permission, the STA device may enter a sleep state. The power control method, AP device and STA device provided in the present invention can improve the correctness of power saving.
