<p>Disclosed is a method for indicating the dual band non-adjacent carrier aggregation capability of a user equipment (UE), comprising: a UE notifying to a network side a combination list of support of non-adjacent carrier aggregation capabilities on respective bands in each band combination supported by the UE, and the maximum number of interval carriers between carriers when the non-adjacent carrier aggregation is supported on respective bands in each band combination; the network side allocating, according to the support of dual band non-adjacent carrier aggregation capability of the UE and the capability of a cell where the UE is located, resources to the UE. Also disclosed is a system for indicating the dual band non-adjacent carrier aggregation capability of a UE. The present invention is capable of explicitly indicating the multi-carrier cases supported by the UE, thereby greatly facilitating carrier configuration on the UE by the network side.</p> |
