<p>A fitted sheet (100), and a method of covering a mattress (104) with a fitted sheet (100), are provided. The fitted sheet (100) comprises at least a first portion of fabric (108) for covering a first surface (116) of a mattress (104), the first surface being the surface which supports a user laying on the mattress when the mattress is in use, and for covering one or more further surfaces of the mattress, said first portion of fabric comprising an edge with an elastic portion of fabric (208) attached thereto for use in securing the sheet to the mattress. The fitted sheet further comprises at least one fabric-adjusting device (122) attached to the first portion of fabric of said sheet, such that the first portion of fabric is uniformly adjustable in size depending on depth of the mattress.</p> |
