PURPOSE: A display device is provided to change a polarization direction of light which is emitted through a polarization film, thereby preventing the light from being incident onto a display panel again. CONSTITUTION: A polarization film is provided to a first substrate or a second substrate. The polarization film transmits light which is polarized in a first direction. The polarization film absorbs light which is polarized in a second direction. The second direction is vertical to the first direction. A phase difference plate(330) faces a display panel. The polarization film is formed between the phase difference plate and the display panel.
