<p>The invention relates to a process of selling items through vending machines, which provide for the identification of customer's age, and can be used, in particular, for selling tobacco products and alcoholic beverages. The process consists in that the vending machine lockout before obtaining the permission to sell the item, granted as a result of the remote visual control of customer's appearance, is secured by locking the payment receiving device and initiation of the selling process occurs by connecting the payment receiving device. The result obtained by the proposed process consists in the simplification and cheapening of the process of selling controlled items through vending machines for the purchase of which are imposed certain age restrictions established by law.</p> |
