摘要

PURPOSE: A dye-sensitized solar cell module is provided to increase a collection area by arranging metal wires on the surface of a transparent substrate or transparent conductive layer. CONSTITUTION: An operation electrode includes a transparent conductive layer, a thick semiconductor oxide layer(120), and a metal electrode(130). Dye is absorbed in the thick semiconductor oxide layer to emit electrons by absorbing light. A counter electrode layer includes a transparent conductive layer, a metal electrode functioning as a collector electrode and a catalyst electrode(150). A metal wire(180) is regularly formed on the inner surface of the transparent conductive layer or the transparent layer of the operation electrode.
