<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal plating brush that has a significantly low electrical resistance value and superior electrical conductivity but still has a texture as a brush, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The brush at least: a base material; and a plurality of brush bristles made of polymer fibers, and provided on at least one surface of the base material.
