<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container in which a hinge cap is attached to a container body, which is conveniently used even when it is tilted obliquely and inverted, and which has a structure allowing the state of dispensed contents to be confirmed during dispensing. <P>SOLUTION: This packaging container 100 includes a container body 200 and a hinge cap 300 attached to an opening of the container body 200. The hinge cap 300 includes: a base part 310 having a slope 312a sloped from a head top 311 and provided with a dispensing opening 314 substantially at the center; a movable lid 320 closing the dispensing opening 314; and a hinge part 330 provided at the head top 311 and openably connecting the movable lid 320 to the base part 310.
