<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable temperature distribution on a two-dimensional section to be measured by catching self-emitted light of non-luminous combustion gas with a simple optical system and measuring system. <P>SOLUTION: A section of an object of measurement is divided in a checkerboard-like grid pattern, the intensity of light emitted by gas in the central position in the arranged direction of cells on each row of the grid is measured, the intensity of light emitted by the gas in the central position in the arranged direction of cells on each column is measured, the band spectral intensities of each row and each column are determined on the basis of these light emission intensities, the average gas temperature of the section of the object of measurement is calculated on the basis of combustion attributes of the gas, and the gas temperature in the central position of each cell in the grid is calculated by using the average gas temperature and the band spectral intensities of each row and each column. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
