<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably seal and preserve a remaining part of a retort food or the like so that the remaining part is not brought into contact with air after a part of the retort food is taken out. <P>SOLUTION: This clip 1 includes: a bar-shaped first supporting member 3 with its section having a U-shaped groove; a fitting member 2 which is turnably fitted to the first supporting member 3, and fitted to the groove; and a bar-shaped second supporting member 4 with its section having a square U-shaped groove. The second supporting member 4 is turnably fitted to the first supporting member 3. A retort bag 6 is held and fitted at the desired position by the first supporting member 3 and the fitting member 2, and sealed, and thereafter, a part of the retort bag 6 projecting from the clip 1 is cut off. In this condition, the first supporting member 3 is fitted to the groove of the square U-shaped section of the second supporting member 4, and the remaining part of the retort food is stably sealed and preserved so as not to be brought into contact with air. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
