<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide that allows a light emission/reception section of an optical element to be positioned accurately to an end of a core of the light guide, a manufacturing method of a light guide structure for accurately positioning the optical element by using the light guide, a reliable light guide structure having the light guide, and a reliable electronic device. <P>SOLUTION: The light guide structure includes a core 211, a positioning core 213 arranged in parallel to the core 211, and a clad 212 arranged adjacent to at least one of the core 211 and the positioning core 213.
