<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lever jig or the like which surely prevents a pair of connectors in a semi-fitting state from being removed. <P>SOLUTION: The lever jig 2 is attached to a female connector 20, makes a fitting force act on between the female connector 20 and a male connector 30 by operation from a fitting operation starting position to a fitting operation completion position, and is displaced between the female connector 20 and the male connector 30 from the fitting-starting position to the fitting completion position. This lever jig includes: an opening/closing door 7 which can be displaced between an open position for allowing the female connector 20 to be attached and a closed position to inhibit the female connector 20 from being removed; a magnet 9 to hold the opening/closing door 7 in the closed position; door automatic opening means DA which moves the opening/closing door 7 in the closed position up to the open position against a holding force of the magnet 9 at the point when the operation for the fitting operation completion position is completed by the operation from the fitting operation starting position to the fitting operation completion position.
