PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize management of energy in a data transfer system which comprises a plurality of peripheral devices intended to communicate with a central base via a radiofrequency communication.

SOLUTION: A data transfer system comprises a plurality of peripheral devices 15, a central base 21, and radiofrequency communication means 24 enabling data to be transferred between the peripheral devices 15 and the central base 21, in which energy is recovered on the peripheral devices 15, and at least a portion of the recovered energy is transferred to the central base 21 via the radiofrequency communication means 24.
