<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel tank fixing structure of a construction machine, capable of stably fixing the fuel tank on a vehicle body without a belt. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel tank 11 formed of, for example, a synthetic resin is fixed to a revolving frame 2a of a revolving body 2 of a mini shovel machine. A fuel tank fixing structure comprises erected components including a bearing member 17, a hydraulic oil tank 10 of iron, and a fixing bracket 14 of iron to be vertically fixed to the revolving frame 2a, and a holder such as a holding bracket 13 of iron which holds the fuel supply port 11a of the fuel tank 11. A bushing 15 is fitted in a hole 13a1 formed in a flat plate portion 13a of the holding bracket 13. The supply port 11a of the fuel tank 11 is inserted in a hole 15a of the bushing 15.
