<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for preventing or reducing depilation caused by cancer chemotherapy (the composition for anti-depilation against the depilation induced by the cancer chemotherapy). <P>SOLUTION: The composition for the anti-depilation contains a compound represented by general formula (I) [wherein, R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>and R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>are the same or different, and each hydrogen or 1-3C lower alkyl; R<SB POS="POST">3</SB>and R<SB POS="POST">5</SB>are different, and each hydrogen, or a S-bonded SH compound or an ester thereof (with the proviso that cysteamine is excluded); and R<SB POS="POST">4</SB>is hydroxy, an N-substituted amino acid, an ester thereof (with the proviso that aminoethanesulfonic acid and aminoethanesulfinic acid are excluded) or an amine] or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof as an active ingredient. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
