<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical position detector that is capable of preventing occurrence of false detection by eliminating influence of electric noise on a light receiving element, and an input function-equipped display system including the optical position detector. <P>SOLUTION: In an optical position detector, a light receiving section 13 receives detection light which is reflected by a target object located in a detection target space in which detection light is emitted in a radial pattern. In the light receiving section 13, a shielding member 14 is provided to partially cover a light receiving plane 131 of a light receiving element 130. In the shielding member 14, an incident section 140 is widen as the section 140 is inclined to one side and the other side from a normal direction to the light receiving plane 131. Hence, in the light receiving intensity at the light receiving element 130, difference is small between detection light incoming from the normal direction to the light receiving plane 131 and detection light incoming from an oblique direction inclined from the normal direction to the light receiving plane 131. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
