<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability of a two upper and lower tanks-type water storage tank. <P>SOLUTION: A two upper and lower tanks-type water storage tank is constructed from a two upper and lower parts-split type inner wall support member 7, a wholly-integrated outer wall support member 9, an intermediate slab 10, and an upper slab 12. Upper and intermediate portions of the inner wall support member 7 are provided with upper and intermediate retainer portions 25 and 21, respectively. The inner wall support member 7 has an upper support member 16 erected at an upper end of a lower support member 13. The inner wall support members 7 are juxtaposed in line to constitute an inner wall support member row 32. The inner wall support member rows 32 are juxtaposed at required intervals to constitute an inner wall support member-juxtaposed body 33. Upper and intermediate portions of the outer wall support member 9 are provided with upper and intermediate retainer portions 25 and 21, respectively. The outer wall support member 9 surrounds the whole outer periphery of the inner wall support member 7 to constitute an outer wall surrounding frame body 40. The intermediate slab 10 is laid between the intermediate retainer portions 21 and 21 flush with each other so that an intermediate partition portion 3 can be constituted.
