<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide s highly reliable liquid resin composition which prevents the migration of the liquid resin composition after cured, controls the increase of viscosity, when stored, is excellent in storage characteristics, and is excellent in migration resistance after cured. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid resin composition is characterized by comprising (A) a liquid epoxy resin, (B) a curing agent, and (C) a xanthine compound having a specific structure.
