<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet in which a peeling force does not become large even if a peeling rate becomes fast by using a mold release film with less influence of the peeling rate and accordingly, defects such as deformation of a substrate, and tunneling do not occur. <P>SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet has ultraviolet curable adhesive layer on the mold release layer of a polyester film which has on one surface, a mold release layer comprising a thermosetting silicone having the silicon-hydrogen bond (SiH) of 20 mmol/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
