<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved decorative sheet that exhibits a substantially natural material feeling (for example, natural wood surface feeling, and real wood feeling), a three-dimensional feeling, a coating feeling (thick coating feeling), and the like, and to provide a decorative material using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The decorative sheet has a luster colored layer, a picture pattern layer, a transparent adhesive layer, a transparent resin layer and a transparent surface protective layer on a base material sheet, wherein at least the luster colored layer has an embossed pattern applied by embossing.
